The Community Response Program’s Clinical Team works with their clinical colleagues and includes an Outreach Behaviour Resource Consultant, Behaviour Therapist, Intensive Treatment Manager, Supervisor and Program Manager.

CRP team welcomes Tara Baatnes (BCBA) to our team.

Introducing our newest team member, Tara Baatnes, a highly skilled and experienced Behaviour Therapist with a passion for providing effective treatment programs for individuals with behavioural and mental health issues. Tara brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in evidence-based interventions in applied behaviour analysis (ABA) to the team. As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, Tara is committed to working collaboratively with clients and their families to address challenging behaviour, while providing tailored and personalized support that encourages growth and empowerment. We are thrilled to have Tara join our team and look forward to the positive impact they will have on our clients' lives.

In Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk Regions, Bethesda’s Community Response Program provides comprehensive person-centred supports to people with challenging special needs.

These services can be accessed through Developmental Services Ontario and need the support of the regional Behaviour Provider. These services provide a variety of supports,
