Navigate to Success

This program will help teens between the ages to 15-17 learn critical skills necessary for independence and empowerment.

  • Using technology to improve focus, organization and following through with tasks

  • Job readiness skills

  • Professionalism and emotional intelligence

  • Leadership skills

  • Confidence, self-esteem and self-advocacy

Participants will receive:

  • The opportunity to volunteer at 3 events with a job coach

  • A reference letter, personalized resume and cover letter template

  • A parent/caregiver session so that skills can continue to build at home

A phone or tablet is recommended for this program. A device can be loaned through Bethesda’s lending library.

This program is co-supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst and a Social Worker
