Navigate to Success
This program will help teens between the ages of 15-17 learn critical skills necessary for independence and empowerment.
- Using technology to improve focus, organization and following through with tasks 
- Job readiness skills 
- Professionalism and emotional intelligence 
- Leadership skills 
- Confidence, self-esteem and self-advocacy 
Participants will receive:
- The opportunity to volunteer at 3 events with a job coach 
- A reference letter, personalized resume and cover letter template 
- A parent/caregiver session so that skills can continue to build at home 
A phone or tablet is recommended for this program. A device can be loaned through Bethesda’s lending library.
This program is co-supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst and a Social Worker
