The PREP Program is designed for youth ages 9-12 years and will focus on developing core skills to increase independence and prepare learners for activities of daily living. Learn more about The Prep Program

The Teen Essentials Program is designed for teens ages 13-17 years and will focus on developing skills to increase independence and prepare learners for activities of daily living.

The Social Empowerment Program is designed to help children aged 8-11 years develop and enhance their social skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Led by experienced facilitators, our group provides a fun and interactive space where participants can learn and practice important social skills while making friends and gaining confidence.

The Rise-Up Resilience program is designed for youth ages 13-16 years that would benefit from coaching and support across the following areas:
Identifying personal strengths
Self-esteem and confidence building
Positive self-talk
Self-advocacy coaching and practice
Developing leadership skills
Social connection and social problem solving
