The Connect and Grow Group is designed for youth aged 10-14 to help develop and enhance their social and communication skills in an engaging environment. Led by experienced facilitators, our group provides a fun and interactive space where participants can learn important social skills while making friends and gaining confidence. This program addresses key social skills such as:
Social Relatedness & Communication:
Feel the feeling
Living in the grey
Making cool kid choices
You can’t believe everything you hear
Social Awareness Skills:
Achieving your desires
Responding to bullying
Say it or keep it to yourself
Keeping a positive outlook

The Teen Connections Group is a social skills group designed for teens ages 14-17 that would benefit from coaching and support across the following areas:
Social boundaries
Healthy relationships
Circles of intimacy
Conversation skills
Perspective taking
Beginning friendships
