Clinical Resource Consultants
from Adult Clinical Services

Clinical Resource Consultants work in partnership with people and their caregivers to collaboratively identify the person’s clinical needs and provide Clinical Support.  At times, it can feel overwhelming for people to navigate all of the various resources available to them.

Clinical Resource Consultants are able to offer guidance as to which services might be beneficial based on the person’s identified goals and needs.  This may include connecting the person to Clinical Support or another clinical service (e.g., Speech and Language, Behaviour Support Services, Mental Health and Wellness).

If the person chooses Clinical Support, this may include meeting one on one with the person to develop or enhance effective coping strategies in the areas of mental health (anxiety, anger or frustration, loss, daily living skills, etc.), positive behaviour strategies, or caregiver support.
